Eligibility for Refunds
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the part must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any signs of installation, damage, or modification will disqualify the item from a refund.
- Non-returnable items:
- Electrical components (e.g., alternators, sensors, wiring)
- Special-order or custom-made parts
- Clearance or final sale items
Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item, except in cases where the part was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the inspection is completed.
Shipping Refunds
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.
Defective or Damaged Parts
If you receive a part that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately . We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please retain all packaging for claim verification.
