Resource Air scroll compressors main feature is the generation of high-quality oil less compressed air for critical applications, such as food and beverage, semiconductors and cosmetic market segments. They may also be applied in certain pharmaceuticals, dental and medical/hospital applications. Scroll compressors come enclosed, with or without integrated air dryers and are available in base or tank mounted configurations. Scroll compressors are microprocessor controlled and can be adapted for sequencing for higher CFM requirements. ZERO CLASS CERTIFICATION
ISO 8573-1 establishes quality classes for compressed air. Zero Class indicates that the oil flow, steam or mixture of oil are completely absent. As the oil steam, in particular, cannot be absorbed by conventional filters, it is important that factories requiring clean air to use Zero Class.
Scroll models produce oil less compressed air while incorporating an air dryer and pressure vessel. Thus, they allow the generation,
