Pump-Driven Oil/Water Separator for Compressed Air Systems
Designed to simultaneously process different types of oil with the use of propriety media. Capable of 24 hour continuous operation. No electricity required and no moving parts.
The ACCU Series provides an environment where the small percentage of an insoluble lubricant can rise to the surface to be skimmed off. Water that is displaced by fresh incoming condensate slowly sinks to the bottom, then rises to pass through our unique polar Pre-absorber before finally being purified by either activated carbon (ACCU-SEP) or zeolite (ACCU-ZORB.) From there, the clean water can be safely discharged to your sanitary sewer system.
How it Separates Oil and Water from Compressed Air System Drains
The Posi-Zorb is designed specifically to ensure uninterrupted service and to extend the life of the filter module. The filter module contains proprietary media that selectively removes emulsified oils and may hold up to four times the amount of oil compared to standard activated carbon. The unit continues to function even in the event of upset conditions. The system only operates when the level of condensate rises. The unit also enables easy disposal. Once the filter media is saturated, the modules are simple to replace and there are no messy bags to handle. The modules are entirely self-contained and permit ease of installation and replacement.

Not recommended for silicone-based lubricants.
A PZM Filter Module could last 12 months in a Rotary Screw application. However, filter life may be less due to lubricant, compressor type, and maintenance.
