Description
Oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps consist of a rotor in an eccentric position rotating inside a cylindrical body.
This rotor is equipped with grooves in which the vanes are inserted. Because of the centrifugal force, during the rotation the vanes are pushed into contact with the body, creating close spaces that increase their volume drawing air from the container to be emptied and expelling it from the “outlet duct”. Oil-free rotary vane pumps can run continuously both at atmospheric pressure and at the highest vacuum. However, they cannot be used when the aspirated air contains moisture, oil or other traces of liquid.
All versions can be used as compressors.
MAIN APPLICATION FIELDS
Oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps SC 5 has been developed for use for those industrial applications that require an oil -free operation in a restricted but sufficiently ventilated space. The SC 5 pump includes the FKM gasket positioned to assure a hermetic seal and a long operating time.
The SC 5 pump can also operate as a compressor.
The SC 5 pump is equipped with:
• Non-return valve at the inlet
• Silencer at the outlet
• Rotor and pump body NPO treated to withstand oxidation

machines for pressotherapy, machines for dermabrasion, inhalation thermal therapies, money counting machines, silk screen printing machines, automatic feeder machines for book-binding, wood presses, suction lifting machines, pollutant sampling and analysis.
